14 DAY TRIAL // The other day, Kim Kardashian proved she never really stopped being the unofficial queen of social media by posting a photo of herself in a bathing suit, which was immediately linked and retweeted by her boyfriend Kanye West. Many didn’t really appreciate that she was back in full selfie mode, it seems.
Kim has been doing the Atkins Diet since she gave birth to her first child, daughter North, and she’s also working out. Word has it she’s dropped about 25 pounds (11.3 kg) already and, naturally, she’s itching to show her new figure off.
Just as understandable is that Kanye is happy she’s got her confidence back, but we might as well go on the record saying that it must be doing wonders for his ego to have millions rush to praise Kim for her unbelievable figure.
Radar Online points out that not everybody fawned over Kim for the very revealing shot: in fact, she’s been under attack ever since she posted it, for failing to act like a responsible adult and bouncing back to the same narcissistic behavior that was so poignant on her social media accounts before she became pregnant.
Of the epithets thrown back at her as replies to the photo we can only mention “nasty,” “disgusting,” and “nauseatingly huge.” People also note that Kim and Kanye are perfect for each other because they’re both incredibly “obsessed with themselves.”
Of course, there are also those who point out to the reality star that, now that she has a baby, her priority should be the child and not taking selfies. She’s setting a very bad example for North by pulling such stunts, others are warning her.
So far, Kim has not said anything on the topic. Knowing her though, she will probably not even address the haters until such a time that she deems convenient to her own interests, i.e. when she’ll be promoting something.
Kim knows better than anyone that even bad publicity can do wonders.
