Preparing to moon: Kiefer Sutherland, Chris Noth at the Dress to Kilt charity event

This year’s Dressed to Kilt charity event, funded by Sir Sean Connery, who was notably absent this time around, ended on a very high note, when the cast of “That Championship Season” mooned the audience by lifting their kilts.

Kiefer Sutherland, Chris Noth, Jason Patric, Brian Cox, Jim Gaffigan strutted their stuff in designs by Glenisla and, as they reached the end of the runway, gave it their best to make a lasting impression.

And a lasting impression it was, the New York Daily News reports, since none of them was wearing undergarments.

“The five men who star in the Jason Miller play, closed the Scottish-themed ‘country chic’ fashion show, by sauntering out onto the runway in traditional kilts designed by Scottish designer Glenisla,” the NY Daily News says.

“When the quintet reached the end of the runway, where over 20 photographers waited to capture the moment, they turned to each other with devilish grins, lifted their kilts and showed the crowd their ‘full moons’,” says the publication.

In other words, the guys turned their back to the crowd, lifted their kilts and gave audiences the surprise of their life.

What made this all the more noteworthy was the fact that all five of them were wearing their kilts the traditional way, that is, sans undergarments, so audiences got more than a good look at the goods.

Noth, whom fans may know best as Mr. Big from the “SATC” franchise, didn’t stop here either.

“[As he] went to exit the runway, the ladies let loose a series of catcalls that prompted a leering Noth to bend over a second time and shake what his mother gave him. We won’t name names, but some burst into applause while others shielded their eyes,” the NY Daily News says.

In the end, it was all for a very good cause: all money raised goes to the Wounded Warriors Projects and the Paralyzed Veterans Association of America.
