14 DAY TRIAL // If you’re one of those (many) people thinking that Justin Bieber’s most recent troubles are a sign of even more trouble to come, you’re in good company because Kid Rock thinks the same.
In a recent interview cited by the New York Daily News, Kid Rock says that the whole Bieber fever is nothing we haven’t seen before: just think Vanilla Ice and you get an idea of what’s in store for the teen heartthrob.
“Tell me if this is wrong. Justin Bieber… is 100 percent like watching Vanilla Ice all over again. It's exactly the same. Well, as soon as Bieber has a hit, he'll be like Vanilla Ice,” he says.
Clearly, he’s not familiar with “Baby.”
“The kid's young. He's got some money. He's got the world in his hands. It's just kind of sad to see him go down this trajectory. It's gonna be a very long ride down,” Kid Rock predicts.
Still, he feels sorry for “the kid.”
“We all know the story. I kind of feel for the kid, to be honest with you. It's just a matter of time before someone puts a huge line of cocaine in front of Bieber, and he's going to be like, ‘Yes!’,” he says.
