Japanese optics and photographic accessories manufacturer Kenko Tokina announced today the availability of a new series of LCD protective films designed for a few of the latest Fujifilm and Olympus digital cameras.

The new films are compatible with Fujifilm's Finepix S1, FinePix S8600, and FinePix S9400W superzoom bridge cameras as well as with Olympus' latest entry-level interchangeable lens camera, the OM-D E-M10.

Kenko Tokina LCD protection films come with a scratch-resistant surface and feature an anti-reflective coating designed to protect the LCD monitor from scratches and dirt, while providing a clear image even in bright sunlight conditions.

Besides that, the film’s design also includes hard coating and anti-smudge coating for enhanced durability and easy cleaning. The Kenko Tokina LCD films are now available for purchase in Japan at a price of ¥1,300 / $13 / €10.

Recently, the company presented a new AT-X 24-70mm f/2.8 PRO FX lens at the CP+ 2014 show in Yokohama, but it didn't disclose any information regarding its price or availability.
