Kendra Wilkinson says DWTS has helped her lose weight, claims to be a size 0 now

Kendra Wilkinson’s time on Dancing With the Stars was not without some very difficult moments, but she’s not sorry she accepted the offer to be on the show. Today, she can finally say she got her pre-pregnancy body back – and she’s ready to flaunt it.

The latest print issue of Life&Style magazine brings the first photo of Kendra after DWTS and, as PopEater also notes, the results of all that dancing are quite obvious.

The former Playboy bunny turned reality star has had her fair share of weight struggles after giving birth to son Hanks, but she’s now back in top shape.

In fact, she can’t even remember when she looked and felt this good. She’s now a size 0 and she’s very happy about it, Kendra explains.

The only thing she must be careful about now is keeping the weight off, she underlines. However, if she and husband Hank decide to have another baby, she’ll happily pile on the pounds again for it.

“I was a size 2 or 4 before Dancing With the Stars and now I’m a size 0. My waist is still shrinking! When you work out, you produce so much lactic acid, so my body always looks thicker and more muscular,” Kendra says.

The cover of the magazine shows her in a two-piece pink swimsuit: she’s not lying about losing weight and toning up on DWTS.

“Now that I’ve had a couple of weeks off, my body is fuller and looks better. I hope I’ll look like this forever. But to be honest, I will never be satisfied!” the star adds.

Of course, husband Hank is also very happy about the new and more confident Kendra. He’s already pressing her for another baby, she says, but she feels the time is not right just yet.

When it does come, though, she will make sure she puts into practice everything she learned during the first pregnancy.

“I feel like I look so much better than I used to. I’m worried about gaining the weight back, but motherhood is worth it,” Kendra says.

“I’m determined to be healthier and treat my body better,” she adds.
