14 DAY TRIAL // The Kardashian sisters would better break out the buckets of ice cream and their best pajamas, because young Kendall is going to need all the consolation she can get to get over One Direction hunk Harry Styles. Yesterday it was reported that the two had split, following conflicting work schedules.
Today, an insider from the Kardashian household is telling Hollywoodlife that Kendall is “heartbroken” over the split, since she was hoping to take their long-distance relationship to the next level. Now, she's leaning on her sisters for support, as Harry has already moved on and has been seen partying in London.
Reports say that Kendall “never thought she would fall so hard” for the British crooner, which makes the split even more painful. The two had been together for only three months, but it looks like it was enough time for the model to fall head over heels.
“Kendall is absolutely crushed that Harry ended their relationship. She’s heartbroken and leaning on her sisters for support,” said the insider and added, “She didn’t think she’d fall so hard for him the first place. She wanted to take their relationship to the next level and he basically said he couldn’t give her what she wanted and he didn’t want to hurt her.”
It was speculated that both of the jet setting celebrities entered the relationship knowing that it was going to be difficult to maintain with an ocean between them and very different working schedules, but now that the moment to say goodbye has arrived, Kendall is left to face some cold, hard facts.
“They both knew it had an expiration date with their schedules so they didn’t fall hard into something more serious,” said an insider at the time their split was announced, but now it appears Kendall had something different in mind.
Lucky for her, she can count on the help of sisters Kim, Kylie, Kourtney and Khloe to see her through this sad time. Almost all of them have prior experience with ruined relationships, and some even failed marriages, so there's bound to be some sage advice to offer to their little sister.
This is definitely not a good time for the younger Kardashian, as it was just recently revealed on Keeping Up with the Kardashians that she had plans to move out and follow a modeling career soon after she turned 18, but met the squashing denial of matriarch Kris Jenner, who positively disagreed with the notion.
