14 DAY TRIAL // Katy Perry is all about second chances these days. While touring in England with her Prismatic World Tour, the singer is reportedly giving her relationship with Florence and the Machine guitarist Rob Ackroyd another try, in the hopes of finding true love.
After trying and missing for a second time with musician John Mayer, Katy has now begun spending a lot of time with another former flame, whom she met for the first time at the 2012 Coachella Music Festival. Katy and Rob were spotted out on the town and they didn't seem too shy about their rekindled romance either.
The Sun has spotted them at an afterparty that celebrated the end of Katy's European leg of her tour. The newspaper reports that Rob has been to a few of her concerts and, soon after, they were seen cuddling and kissing in plain sight at the party that took place backstage in London's O2 Arena.
A source who attended the party claimed that “Katy and Rob seemed to be very much back together at her party on Saturday night. They were inseparable, kissing, flirting and cuddling away in front of the roadies, celebs and friends at the bash.”
The fact that Katy chose Rob was evident, says the insider, because there were many other famous faces in attendance, like Cara Delevingne, Suki Waterhouse and Selena Gomez, but the pair only had eye for one another.
Katy may want to refrain from jumping to decisions when it comes to her love life. Right now might not be the best time to start a relationship, since she's right smack dab in the middle of her World tour, which is going to take a lot of time and energy. Time and energy she won't have to put into hanging out with her new boyfriend.
Also, it would seem that Katy doesn't learn from past mistakes. This latest fling could be her next breakup, as Katy has tried to rekindle an old flame – John Mayer – and failed. She also gave DJ Diplo a try some while ago, but quickly broke it off once they found that they weren't after the same thing.
Ever since she broke it off with Russell Brand, Katy Perry's love live has taken a turn for the worst and it seems like the pop star can no longer find someone compatible. At the moment, it looks as though she's trying too hard and she's juggling several balls at the same time.
