A short video teaser for her latest single video has been released, and Katy appears to don some strange orthodontic contraptions. While it doesn't look like a grill per se, it does sparkle and it does make her mouth look funny, in addition to keeping it from closing properly.
In the 30-second teaser, Katy appears almost at the end, as the largest part is made up of an intricate explanation into the background of the video's story. As it turns out, "Katy Patra" is the subject of affection for every pharaoh from “Brooklyn to Babylon.”
Doing her best Elizabeth Taylor impression, Katy pops up on screen in a full headdress and with intricate Egyptian-style makeup on, while flaunting the aforementioned diamond-encrusted grill.
The video for “Dark Horse,” her collaboration with Juicy J, is supposed to be released on February 20.
