The singer seems to have moved on from her relationship with John Mayer

Not even a full month has passed and Katy Perry has already found herself a man in the arms of whom she can console her grief of her failed past two relationships. Although, judging by the high degree of incompatibility, she may very well be heading for a third one.

Katy Perry, though successful in her musical career, hasn't had the same luck with her men, which is sort of a curse among female pop singers. Their hectic work schedule and their immense success are enough to drive most of the men away faster than any amount of bodily hair on a woman can.

At the moment, Katy hasn't confirmed her split from John Mayer, the man she was so in love with just weeks ago, but they haven't been seen together either. But Katy has been seen with Riff Raff, a Houston-based rapper who, according to TMZ, has claimed that he and the “Roar” singer have been going out.

The man who was claimed to be the inspiration for James Franco's character in “Spring Breakers” is oddly very shy about his new conquest, as well as secretive, not wanting to dish out any details. However, he was busted by a photo he posted on Instagram, in which he was together with Katy “on a date.”

In the comment, the rapper claimed Katy “is purdy.” When asked about his relationship with Katy, he just shrugged it off, “Who knows where things might go. Just got to see where things lead,” indicating some insecurities about the hookup.

He did reveal that, while they were out on a date, he treated Katy to the “Holy Trinity” of dating, which consists of sushi, bowling and some drinks, after admitting it was “fun.”

Also, there are plans for a second date, which is, as we all know, when things really start to get serious. “When I get back, think she’s in Belgium right now, so probably next week,” said Riff Raff about a second date. “I’m just out here in Miami enjoying the weather and the beautiful view. But me and Katy Perry might go on a second date.”

Katy's choice of men is odd, to say the least. So far, she's had a well-spoken and highly intellectual British comedian, a womanizing country singer and now a flamboyant Houston rapper whose style seems to be stuck in the '90s. At least she's happy with her choices.
