If there's one thing that stands out about Katy Perry, aside from her banging body and earworm music, that must be that she never takes herself too seriously. Further proof of that is above.

While in London to perform at a BBC Radio 1 concert, Katy paid tribute to another successful artist of the day, Jay-Z.

She chose his “N*ggas in Paris” track to cover it, replacing the offensive N-word with “ninjas” and making sure she slipped none of the profanities on it.

“This is about to get real embarrassing,” she said, after putting on a Yankees hat and launching into her own, interesting rendition of the track.

This isn't the first time that Katy does a Jay-Z track in concert: last year, she covered “Big Pimpin'” live in Auckland.
