Glamour girl Katie Price / Jordan, was involved in a serious car crash in Argentina, where she’s sightseeing with her model boyfriend, Leandro Penna. Two runaway stallions smashed into the car – they were killed on the spot.

Metro reports that police rushed to the scene of the crash, where they found that Leandro, who was driving the car, and Katie, who was riding shotgun, had only minor injuries.

The horses died on the spot and the force of the impact was so big that the jeep the two were in was deemed a write-off.

Also in the car where 3 other men, presumably cameramen for Katie’s reality show – reports suggest nothing of the accident was captured on camera.

“It’s a miracle that we’re alive,” Katie reportedly told paramedics and police officers when they arrived on the scene of the horrific crash, Mirror reports.

“It was absolutely terrifying. It all happened in a flash and I have absolutely no idea how I wasn’t badly injured,” the reality star says in a statement for the same publication.

Nevertheless, seeing those horses killed that was a nightmare for horse-loving Katie.

“I feel so lucky, but more than anything I’m just distraught about the horses. It was so upsetting,” she says.

Metro says Leandro’s swift reaction behind the wheel was the one thing that saved the lives of all 5 passengers in the jeep, even though he couldn’t avoid the collision in the first place.

Though mostly unharmed, all persons involved in the accident were seen by a specialist on the scene.

“It is understood she suffered cuts to her hands, the result of the broken windscreen, and severe whiplash in the 1.30 am smash,” the Mirror says.

“Leandro, 25, also jarred his neck in the collision while three passengers in the Toyota jeep, thought to be camera crew who were not filming at the time, were given routine check-ups,” the report further argues.
