The two-piece palazzo-style outfit, composed of a glossy Alexander McQueen halter-neck and wide pants, was rounded up just perfectly with a pair of killer Givenchy heels, which peeped from under the helm only when she stepped.
A black and gold clutch and an oversized gold cuff were the only accessories Holmes needed to make the entire outfit truly stand out. In opting for a more serious color as black is, but with an outfit that screamed elegance and trendiness, Katie has managed to win some points in the eyes of fashion insiders, who have often criticized her for dressing to look older than her age (30). Once known for her impeccable style, Katie has toned down the glamour in the months following her marriage to Tom Cruise, some say, because he demanded it from her.
Nevertheless, with the latest appearance, all such rumors should be put to rest, several celebrity and fashion-oriented publications are saying. This should be all the more true since Holmes seems to have retained that special characteristic of hers of looking glamorous while also being accessible, at least apparently.
