14 DAY TRIAL // Tattooed stars Kat Von D and Jesse James are no longer engaged and, for that matter, no longer together, they confirmed yesterday, refusing to go into specifics. A new report suggests another woman was behind the split.
Radar Online claims to have it on very good authority that, right before they called off the engagement, the two got into a nuclear argument over another woman.
Of course, such a report doesn’t come as much of a surprise given that his marriage to Sandra Bullock ended when a tattoo model went to the press to speak of the affair they had behind the actress’ back.
While Radar doesn’t say directly that James cheated on Kat too, it does imply that his friendship with another woman led to the breakup.
“According to an eyewitness, Jesse and Kat had a verbal argument outside of her Los Angeles, Calif. home Monday afternoon about another woman before Kat finally told him to leave,” Radar writes.
The spy claims the fight was so violent that s/he wasn’t surprised to find out, only hours later, that the two had called off the engagement.
“They were outside and I could hear them fighting. Kat kept throwing some woman’s name out and arguing about how she didn’t like him living so far away,” says the source.
“Jesse finally said, ‘Fine, [expletive] you!’ and sped away on his motorcycle. Kat sat in her Bentley with her head on the steering wheel for about three minutes before finally driving away,” the eyewitness continues.
“It was clear from the tone of the conversation that Kat was accusing Jesse of something with this other woman. So it didn’t surprise me when I heard they’d broken up,” adds the spy.
On her Twitter, where she announced she broke off the engagement, Kat only said they were no longer together, adding this was all the information she felt she wanted to share at the moment.
Jesse, on the other hand, blamed the distance always separating them for the split, saying he still loved the tattoo artist with all his heart.
