“Rock of Ages” screenwriter says he’d love to work with his girlfriend again

It's very rare that Justin Theroux speaks of his girlfriend of over 1 year Jennifer Aniston but, when he does, he has nothing but the nicest things to say. Confirmation of that is below, in the video embedded at the end of this article.

Justin's latest project is “Rock of Ages,” the star studded musical dramedy that is now playing in theaters, for which he wrote the script.

Extra TV got a hold on him on the red carpet at the LA premiere and managed to get some very adorable quotes from him as regards the woman now in his life.

"I’m very happy… I could not be happier. I always go to bed thinking I'm the luckiest guy in the world,” Justin told the Extra reporter when asked about Jennifer.

He also said that he'd “love” to work with her again (they worked on “Wanderlust” together, on whose set they also fell in love), saying that it would be great if they could bring the creative process “home.”

As you will see in the video, Justin also gushes about Jennifer's fashion at the MTV Movie Awards 2012 and says she's wearing something just as fabulous for his premiere, even though she did not pose for pictures on the red carpet with him.

On a more serious note, Theroux also talks about a possible sequel to “Tropic Thunder” and the development on the much anticipated and long-gestating Les Grossman spinoff with Tom Cruise.

The former might not happen because, he says, he doesn't know how to sequelize it. The latter, though, is still on the table, with Cruise specifically asking for Theroux to handle the script.

As fans must already know, Cruise and Justin also worked together on “Rock of Ages,” in which Tom plays aging rock god Stacee Jaxx, having undergone a drastic makeover for the part – though not even half as drastic as the one he underwent for Les Grossman in “Tropic Thunder.”
