People close to Justin Bieber but also some of his advisers are urging the troubled singer to sell everything and move out of the neighborhood in an effort to quell some of the scandals surrounding him.

In the meantime, Justin is having none of it, despite his manager Scooter Braun telling him to “move out, now.” He refuses to hear any arguments and continues to party as if nothing has happened.

The neighbors in the exclusive gated community where Justin's mansion is located, are said to have developed a full-on hate for the singer. This is one of the reasons why his management is asking him to leave, because his neighbors are going to continue targeting him.

Apart from liking the house, Bieber is reported to not be going ahead with the move because he thinks it will give his neighbors the satisfaction of him leaving. That means that Justin values more what other people think of him than his personal well-being.

Right now, the police are still investigating if the artist had any involvement in an egg-pelting incident that targeted one of his neighbors’ house, having already raided his home in search of evidence.

Justin's run-ins with other people in the community also include speeding incidents and loud music at parties in the middle of the night, typical things you'd frown upon in your own neighborhood.

At the moment, the singer is taking a break from all this drama, as he's hightailed it to Aspen and then Miami, with plans to hit Cuba pretty soon.

Meanwhile, after rumors of his possible move reached other people in his neighborhood, they told Radar they would happily all chip in to pay the movers and even throw him a going away party. That's saying something, just how much people over there want him out.

Justin Bieber is the ultimate proof that being neighbors with a celebrity is never as cool as you might think.
