Believe it or not, TMZ claims that the reason behind this move is his upcoming rapping career. Justin has made it clear that he's in the process of putting his pop roots behind him and taking on a new direction into rap, as he has already changed his stage name to Bizzle.
The troubled singer has been in Atltanta since last week, where he's been partying with some of the most representative artists of the genre, the likes of P Diddy, T.I. and Rick Ross.
The time he spent here must have brought back some nice memories from the time he lived in Atlanta, when he first started his singing career, because he's now asking the same rappers he's been partying with to find him a sweet crib.
Bieber is also said to be enjoying the fact that Atlanta is a paparazzi-free environment, when compared to LA, where the camera-wielding hoards follow his every step.
However, you shouldn't be fooled into thinking that Justin is ditching LA for good, because last month he was reported to be on the market for a home on a 20 acre estate in Hidden Valley, which happens to be close to his current home in Calabasas.
He managed to make himself undesirable there, as he tormented the neighbors with his antics, the most famous of which was the egg-throwing incident in which he took revenge on a neighbor by chucking raw eggs at the front of his house. He is currently facing an accusation of felony vandalism.
