After coming to the attention of the media by getting a cross tattooed on his chest while on a plane flying around through turbulences at the time two weeks ago, Justin claimed that he was “done with tattoos for a while.”

It turns out that the singer has changed his mind and decided to get one more thing inked on himself. This time he chose a pretty visible place, right under his right ear. Written vertically in a small black font that looks to be of medieval inspiration, is the word “patience,” with the “P” right next his ear lobe and the rest of the word running down his neck.

Half a month ago, he had an entire forearm tattooed in a manner that is called a “half of sleeve,” by famed Toronto-based tattoo artist Seunghyun Jo. This was done during a lengthy session in the studio so there was much more intricate than his high altitude tattoo.

The Canadian singer is suddenly busy again, as he recently posed in the studio, holding his hands together as if he were praying to the soundboard. He tweeted to his over 50 million followers on Twitter that he had big things planned for them.

“like i said...we live in the studio.#music,” he cryptically added after sharing photos with Austin Mahone also in the studio, something which points to a collaboration.

It's obvious that Justin is working on new material. He's been previewing tracks for the past months, ever since he got out of jail. One was an inspirational quote saying that he “can't be broken” and the other spoke of some undying love, which people took to mean he was referring to Selena, with whom he had been recently reconciled.

Sadly, or rather gladly, Justin hasn't yet previewed any of his rap efforts, despite the fact that he made a big show out of changing his career options and switching to hip hop. To achieve this, he moved to Atlanta, home of some of America's biggest rappers, changed his name briefly to Bizzle and posted photos of himself partying with the likes of P Diddy.

So far, he's been keeping things on a pop level and that seems to be suiting his die-hard fans just fine, although you can tell Justin is dying to make his bones as a serious rapper. Until he actually puts out a successful song, he's still part of the “rap wannabe” club, unfortunately.
