14 DAY TRIAL // Justin Bieber is back home and he’s already run into some trouble, according to recent reports. One of his neighbors in Calabasas, CA has filed a battery report with the police after getting into a screaming match with him in the early hours of morning.
Initial reports said that the neighbor went to Justin’s home to complain that, while he was away, there were many people coming and going at the house, throwing very loud parties and upsetting the entire community.
Within moments, the discussion became a screaming match, TMZ reports. Justin verbally and physically abused the man, he claims.
“LA County Sheriff's spokesperson Steve Whitmore tells TMZ the accuser told deputies Justin made physical contact with him and he has filed a battery report. He also claims Justin threatened him,” the celebrity publication writes.
Bieber’s camp is singing a different tune, saying that the neighbor came to speak his mind but would not leave even when asked to, even though he’d already said what he’d come to say.
They also insist that Justin did not as much as touch him, let alone assault him as he claims.
“Sources connected with JB's security tell us the singer went inside his house and security escorted the neighbor off the property,” TMZ writes.
In an update, the same media outlet offers more details about the real reason of the fight: the neighbor had come to the singer’s house to complain about his test-driving his new Ferrari in the early hours of morning at excessive speeds.
“He was racing the vehicle up and down the streets. Neighborhood sources tell us, the neighbor was furious about the deafening noise AND felt Justin was endangering the community by tearing through the streets at breakneck speeds,” TMZ reports.
An investigation is currently underway to determine which of the two parties is telling the truth about what happened at Justin’s home hours ago.
