Disturbing news coming in from Atlanta, where troubled pop star Justin Bieber has decided to move in order to better follow his dreams of becoming a hip hop star. People from his entourage are reporting that the singer has been constantly high ever since he moved there.

His addiction has been very well documented by the press, but it seems to have taken a dramatic turn for the worse in the last couple of days. The Canadian teen is said to be a massive fan of marijuana and Sizzurp, which is a cough-syrup-based drug, very rich in codeine.

Local news reported that Justin rented out a futuristic-looking mansion in Atlanta and was even making inquiries into purchasing property in the exclusive neighborhood of Buckethead, which is also home to some other stars such as Elton John.

Now friends are saying that he's hardly leaving his spaceship rental home and he’s high all of the time “Drinking more lean, smoking more weed than ever,” as an insider informs.

His sudden worsening of his addiction could be related to a couple of factors. One might be the fact that in Atlanta he's no longer under the control of his management, like he was in Los Angeles, a theory also shared by TMZ.

This means that he no longer has a schedule, meaning that he can do what he pleases and his preferred activity seems to be that of getting high.

Even worse, Bieber is also pushing people from his entourage out of his life. Mainly, it's those people that have the courage to confront him about his drug addiction. A furious Bieber is said to cast away friends who come up to him to talk about drugs, claiming that they “ratted” him out to the media over his drug use.

He does manage to reach the studio and get some recording done, but people close to him say that he is rarely sober during the sessions. He has posed with some big hip-hop names, but so far he's revealed no collaboration and no plans to release new material.

As for his staying inside his home, it's due to the unusual attention he's received ever since he's made his move to Atlanta. He believed that in doing this he would escape the media's attention, as paparazzi are not as abundant there as they are in Los Angeles.

But it turns out he was wrong, since many photographers took to camping outside his home and even got into altercations with his bodyguard. One such incident ended with police being called on the scene after a photographer accused one of Justin's bodyguards of stealing his camera.
