There is a point in a person's life when one must find the importance of becoming a mature person or risk being ridiculed by the entire society. This is exactly what's going on at the moment with Justin Bieber, the star who has taken quite a dent in his popularity in the last couple of months, following his relentless antics.

The last case and point, his leaked video deposition on a battery case in which Justin appears like an unbearably smug and bratty 14-year-old when he's just turned 20 and is well on his way to adulthood. Immediately after the video was leaked, many jumped in outrage and pointed a blaming finger at the singer who seemed to take the legal proceedings as a joke.

Granted, some of the questions in the video do appear to be taunting and to have nothing in common with the case, but the fact that Justin puts on a great show of making a mockery out of the entire deposition is very evident.

As you'd imagine, there is a great number of people who have jumped to the Canadian pop star's defense, citing a number of reasons why he was entitled to act the way he did. This has sparked online controversy as pretty much every copy of the video that was posted online has started huge arguments among blog and social commentators.

Now Justin has taken it a step further and actually decided to defend his attitude during the interview, posting on Twitter “We all have a right to defend ourselves and feel harassed... They can't break us. They can't get us down. We are too strong. We love too much. #mybeliebers.”

He is calling out to his armies of fans which he calls “beliebers” to stick up for him and justify his brazen attitude, citing harassment as the main cause for his bratty behavior. Of course, people have various ways of dealing with harassment, but it seems Justin's method is to turn into a spoiled 14-year-old brat, making pretend he doesn't understand questions, repeating everything that's being said to him and refusing to answer when he feels it could incriminate him.

There is a moment when he actually storms out when the discussion touches on the subject of his relationship with Selena Gomez. He clearly doesn't want to talk about the matter and is actually taken out by his legal team to cool off, as a means of breaking the tension.

Upon his return, he acts even more cocky, and he doesn't have any remorse about mocking the other attorney by calling him Katie Couric and referring to the entire proceedings as an interview for “60 Minutes.”

At the end of it all, Justin delivers the coup de grace of his unruly and mocking behavior, when he looks straight into the camera and just smiles and winks with confidence. Just after he gets confused about the meaning of the words “instrumental” and “detrimental,” which, in his mind, seem to have the same meaning.
