The waters are getting murky in the case of the alleged robbery Justin Bieber took part in. Believe it or not, but there are people out there, people who've witnessed the scene, who claim that Justin is innocent of the charges being brought against him.

One such person is an employee at the mini golf and batting park in Sherman Oaks where Justin and his posse were hanging out on Monday night. The girl in question told TMZ that the allegations made by the woman who accused Justin of snatching her phone are just that, simple allegations that aren't true.

The employee is telling a different story than the woman who called the police on Bieber, claiming that the singer tried to steal her phone when he caught her taking photos of him and his entourage. She gave a detailed description of the account, saying that Bieber verbally abused her and tried to take her phone to delete the photos.

The story the employee tells is different in calling the woman the instigator, and not the other way around. It turns out that this woman was the one overly aggressive, ignoring repeated requests from Justin's security to stop snapping photos of the singer.

In her version, Justin was indeed annoyed but he never got physical and he most definitely didn't try to grab her phone. The reason why Justin was so upset wasn't because he was being photographed, but because the flash kept distracting him while he was trying to bat.

To back up her story, the employee claims that the security cameras should reveal the same scenario she painted, but it's probably unlikely that they caught any of the actions, since the incident took place far from where they were set up.

Meanwhile, the LAPD has launched an investigation in the case, based on the victim's account and it looks like it will be up to them to determine if a crime was indeed committed by Justin against the woman.

If this turns out to be a wild goose chase, than Justin is going to be in the clear, something that hasn't really happened for him in a long time. Usually, when he was accused of some wrongdoing, it turned out to be correct.

Of course, some of his legal troubles are being tried in court and it remains to be determined if he guilty or not, but the fact that Justin Bieber is no altar boy remains evident. So people can't be blamed for jumping to conclusions since he's got a bad reputation for a short temper and an issue with authority.
