14 DAY TRIAL // As per his own admission, Josh Brolin likes to party: in fact, he likes to party so much that he even refuses to leave the bar at closing time, as it happened last Friday, when he got into another drunken fight.
Video of the actor getting into a fistfight with a bouncer in Santa Monica has emerged online and, as usual, you will find it embedded below.
TMZ reports that the scuffle occurred on Friday night, outside the O’Briens Irish Pub in Santa Monica, when bouncers approached Josh to let him know that they were closing up and he had to go home.
One of the bodyguards even took him outside to make him understand that it was really time for him to leave and, instead of a goodbye, he got a few punches in the face from Brolin. Luckily, he was very inspired when it came to putting an end to the fight.
As you can see in the video, a third man stepped in to break them up and the bouncer actually came to Brolin’s defense, telling the other guy that they were “just hugging.” Somewhat hilariously, Brolin believed him and hugged him back, which probably proves just how intoxicated he was.
At the end of the video, Brolin is being propped up on the street crossing by the same bouncer, who’s determined to hail him a cab to see that he gets home alright. He even gets into a verbal argument with a woman, presumably an employee at the bar as well, about how he “got him” and is on top of the situation.
Right before the video ends, after another hugging session, Brolin cuts free from the bodyguard and makes a run for it. We assume he did get home alright, though not with the bodyguard’s help.
This is not the first time that the handsome actor gets into a drunken fight. He also kicked off the new year (2013) with an arrest for public intoxication in Santa Monica.
