The cast of the spin-off series “Better Call Saul” is becoming larger day by day. After confirming that Bob Odenkirk was going to star in the series, it's now been disclosed that Jonathan Banks will also be starring.

The AMC/Sony TV-produced series managed to get some of the original actors from the original “Breaking Bad” series, which went on to win numerous awards, including several Emmys.

The spin-off focuses on Bob Odenkirk's character, the criminal lawyer known as Saul. Jonathan Banks will be reprising his role as Mike Ehrmantraut, Saul's enforcer/fixer, according to Deadline.

Banks appeared in “Breaking Bad” for two and a half series and portrayed a former Philadelphia police officer who got involved in the drug business. His performance earned him an Emmy nomination at the time.

“Better Call Saul” is conceived by “Breaking Bad” creator Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould, who acted as a writer and producer on the original show. It is scheduled for release in November of this year.
