It turns out that game players can't get enough of their favorite PC games and want to respond to the gaming challenge anywhere they go. This is why Telecogames has just released a mobile version of the PC game Joint Task Force Strategy.

The gamer's task is to control military units in different battle situations. Battle success easily turns into credits that allow the user to buy reinforcements. The purpose of the game is to win the battle against all opponents. This happens throughout 15 levels of game play that also leaves the door open for a few extra challenges as well as the ability of replaying all previous levels.

It proves to be quite interesting that the player is assisted through the game by a Japanese guide and by an old war veteran in order to increase the chances of resolving battle strategy. A wide range of military units are available, including tanks, riflemen, snipers, hummers, helicopters and also medical personnel that takes care of the wounded.

The graphics offered by Joint Task Force Action is not extraordinary, but manages to make playing it quite pleasant and enjoyable. The success of the game relies on the history set by its PC version. Still, once a wrong move is made in the game, it is impossible to take it back. This means that if one of the military units is set in the firing range of the enemy, the player must wait for his turn in order to move it, if it is not already destroyed.

Still, the game turns out to be challenging and truly reflects the atmosphere of real combat situations. All in all, Joint Task Force Action is a game that will be appreciated at its true value by those that loved the PC version of the game.
