14 DAY TRIAL // For the almost 14 years they've been together, regardless of how hard they tried to stay out of the spotlight, Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis were always tabloid fodder. This time, it's with good reason they're so, People magazine says.
Fans must know that Johnny and Vanessa's romance has never ceased by plagued either by rumors of a breakup or of plans to tie the knot.
For the past couple of months, though, reports have started to pick up pace that the two are having serious issues. People magazine is joining in the conversation.
While it doesn't offer a legitimate quote from a publicist about the state of Johnny and Vanessa's romance, People still legitimizes reports by basically calling them out on the cover of this week's issue.
“Johnny Depp living single. Love gone wrong. Their separate lives. After 13 years and 2 kids, the couple's longtime relationship hits the rocks. Inside the secretive star's troubled love life,” People writes on the cover, which you can also see attached to this article.
In the preview online issue, the mag claims Johnny and Vanessa are “all but officially finished,” that they are no longer living together and that all those who know and love them are saddened by how things turned out.
“Once upon a time, Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis lived a quiet family life far from the spotlight in the sleepy French hamlet of Plan-de-la-Tour. But that time is no more, and now the couple largely reside in L.A. – when they are in the same city at all,” People says.
“Depp, 48, and Paradis, 39, who are parents to Lily-Rose, 12, and Jack, 9, have not appeared side-by-side on a red carpet for more than a year. Multiple sources tell People in this week’s cover story that the relationship is all but officially finished,” adds the mag.
“It’s so sad,” an insider tells People. Others explain that Johnny and Vanessa have already broken up but, for some reason, they're yet to make an official statement about it.
