Johnny Depp and Amber Heard made the news for the past month with their rumored engagement, which was some big news since heartbreaker Johnny was never the marrying kind – just ask his former longtime-partner Vanessa Paradis, the French singer that never really managed to convince Depp to set foot in a church while she was dressed in white.

Now, after the rumors were confirmed and a hoarde of women all over the world joined in unison to shed a bitter tear that their precious Johnny was officially off the market, there is further indication that Amber Heard has snatched the “Pirates of the Caribbean” actor into her loving arms, never to release him again “until death do them part.”

It seems that Heard and Depp celebrated their engagement with a low-key yet star-studded party late on Friday, March 14, at the Carondelet House, where they were joined by a multitude of A-listers. Us Weekly received a tip from an insider and can now reveal who the people in attendance were.

The names being thrown around are: Marilyn Manson, Steven Tyler, Mandy Moore, Jerry Bruckheimer, Rick Ruben, Ryan Adams and Andy Garcia. Also at the party were Johnny's mother, Betty Sue Palmer, and his longtime-tattoo artist and friend Mark Mahoney.

The blushing bride-to-be is said to have worn a white-silk, spaghetti-strap “vintage dressy” attire with her blond locks flowing lavishly and seductively down her shoulders. Meanwhile, the usually eccentric Johnny Depp is said to have gone more low-key with a black suit and a matching top hat.

Most interestingly, on the guest list at the party was Johnny's ex-partner, Vanessa Paradis, who actually showed up at the party, proving that she held no grudges. She came in with Depp's 11-year-old son, Jack.

The invitations for the event are said to have been delivered in a black envelope that had the letters A and J printer on them, and inside the envelopes there was a golden ticket to be found.

Naturally, the local press somehow got wind of the event and showed up in large numbers, hoping to snap some juicy shots of the guests coming in or going out, but they only met a hefty security force which blocked their access.

Amber and Johnny first met on the set of the 2011 movie “The Rum Diaries,” and it seems the older actor became smitten with the stunning blond, that they ended up becoming a couple since the summer of 2012, which is about the same time he announced his amicable split from Paradis after 14 years together.

Meanwhile, Amber needed some convincing and coaxing into agreeing to a marriage to Depp, as it's been rumored this isn't the first time he proposed. Heard was previously in a 4-year open relationship with female photographer Tashya van Ree that ended in 2011.
