He’s a great actor, a devoted father and lover, and a one of the most handsome men in showbiz, but Johnny Depp’s list of credits doesn’t end here. As he proved the other night in London, he’s also quite a performer – and a very good guitar player.

Before he took to the stage in London for an intimate gig at the 100 Club, Alice Cooper posted a picture of Johnny Depp on his Facebook page.

The “Pirates of the Caribbean” star was holding a guitar and seemed ready to rock out on stage. “Johnny Depp!! Waiting to jump on stage with Alice for 18 and Schools Out!” Alice gushed.

Indeed, PopEater reports and the video below will confirm, Depp did perform with Alice Cooper that night. Not only that, but he caused quite an impression with fans in the audience, which echoed on Twitter in countless words of praise.

This could have been billed as a reunion, the aforementioned e-zine notes, since it wasn’t the first time the two collaborated.

In 1984, Alice and Johnny starred in “Freddy’s Dead: The Final Nightmare.” They also share a passion for music, clearly.

“I think we could use another guitar player, right? Johnny, this whole movie thing... If it doesn’t pan out, join us, okay?” Cooper reportedly said when he introduced Depp on stage.

Obviously, chances of that happening anytime soon are slim to none, since Johnny happens to be one of the most popular actors of the day – a title he would hang on to even if he weren’t the star of Disney’s “Pirates of the Caribbean” franchise.

“Depp proceeded to lend his guitar skills to ‘18’ and Pink Floyd’s ‘Another Brick in the Wall,’ which gave way to ‘School’s Out’,” PopEater says of the songs Depp played guitar on.

After the show, fans who probably didn’t know that Johnny is also a musician when he’s not making movies took to Twitter to sing his praises, the same media outlet reports.

“Johnny was playing the guitar and he can bloody play too!” one person wrote. “So the Alice Cooper special guest at the 100 Club was Johnny Depp and the boy can play,” tweeted another.
