Trainer and television personality Jillian Michaels has been caught with her hand in the cookie caffeine supplement jar, as the latest episode from The Biggest Loser – and the video above – can confirm.

Michaels gave the members of her white team caffeine supplements without the doctor’s approval and, of course, that counts as cheating because it’s an aid to weight loss that the other members of the teams in the competition did not get.

Confronted on the most recent episode, Michaels said she stood by her professional opinion but was saddened that her team had to suffer because of it.

“A caffeine supplement is significantly healthier than unlimited amounts of coffee. My only regret is that my team are the ones suffering the consequences of my professional opinion,” she said, as shown in the video above.

Because of her cheating, the previous results have been invalidated, which means American Idol Ruben Studdard, eliminated last week, gets another pass and is coming back on the show. Cheating also got the white team a 4-pound (1.81 kg) penalty at the weigh-in.
