14 DAY TRIAL // She’s been long scrutinized for her weight, and has had to withstand more criticism than most female celebrities out there, but Jessica Simpson is now on the path to getting back the fit body she had in “Dukes of Hazzard,” it has been revealed. That is not to say, though, that she’s enjoying the (rather shaky) ride there, as her most recent Twitter message reveals, Us Magazine informs.
As she’s on a mission to losing the few pounds she has gained in recent months and to getting toned again, Jessica is also working with a personal trainer. And he, as most women will know from their own experience, is not at all understanding when it comes to feeling pain or not wanting to do certain exercises, no matter how effective or beneficial they might be.
“On my way to workout with my trainer,” Simpson writes on her Twitter page. “Every time we have to do squats, and he yells at me, ‘Get lower like you’re in the club!’” the star adds, saying that she doesn’t squat in clubs unless she’s in the bathroom. Of course, that does not mean that she does do squats simply because she doesn’t like them – and the results of her efforts in the gym have already begun to become noticeable, it has been pointed out.
Speaking of efforts, not long ago, rumor had it that Jessica was also having some issues as regards her diet, in the sense that she could simply not stay away from junk food, which, understandably, made her goal of losing weight seem impossible. Since the situation called for drastic measures, though, she resorted to the help of a “food cop,” who was meant to help her fight the cravings and continue eating healthy to stay in the best of shapes.
“She just can’t resist junk food. She literally needs to be watched all the time. Jessica has a problem with binge eating, which is usually triggered by stress. Jessica’s most recent violation was indulging in the terrible trio of chicken wings, nachos, and alcohol at the Great Dane Pub in Madison, Wisconsin.” a source was telling the media a short while back.
