Jessica Simpson is almost back to her pre-pregnancy weight thanks to Weight Watchers and, as was to be expected, she’s already shilling hard for the program. Her big television weight loss reveal was on ABC’s Good Morning America.

Video of her appearance is embedded below, at the end of the article.

Looking gorgeous in a simple black dress with nude stilettos, and her long, blond hair let down, Jessica seemed thrilled to be back in the spotlight especially since, as she puts it, she’d get to tell other people about Weight Watchers and how much it changed her life for the better.

She isn’t talking about losing weight only either, she was quick to stress. Weight Watchers is more than just a diet, it’s a lifestyle, which means that it’s guaranteed to get you into shape and to better health, but also to keep you there.

Jessica, for one, got to see that for herself: she had 2 babies consecutively and she gained weight. She didn’t stress about how many pounds she packed while carrying because that wasn’t her priority right then, though she admits she was a bit more careful while carrying her second child, son Ace Knute.

“It's been a long 2½ years,” she jokes.

“I just let myself have whatever I wanted, I didn't care, it wasn't about weight gain to me,” she says of her first pregnancy. “I had already lost over 50 pounds [22.6 kg] [when I became pregnant again] so I wasn't as relaxed in my eating as I was with Maxwell,” she adds.

If Simpson’s success story isn’t enough to convince you that the program really works, she’s brought “backup”: a young woman who was also on Weight Watchers and whose life has been completely transformed because of it.
