14 DAY TRIAL // Not only is Jessica Biel engaged to be married to Justin Timberlake, but she's also expecting her first child. Unnamed sources claim that the happy news is actually the reason why he proposed to her in the first place.
Word that the two were getting ready to tie the knot first emerged in early December last year. Officially, confirmation is still pending, but various major US media outlets have already “confirmed” the story, so it must be true.
Now, rumors have it that Jessica is also with child.
This doesn't come from the most reliable of sources (Perezitos, the sister site of Perez Hilton) but, as they say, there's never smoke without a fire.
Justin and Jessica were spotted the other day coming out of a doctor's office. Perez believes they went for a check-up on their baby, who also happens to be the reason they're finally getting married.
“Visiting Medical Center together?? This is the first time Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have been spotted together since they announced their engagement in back in Dec.,” the gossip blogger writes.
“For some reason Justin took time out of his busy schedule to accompany his wifey-to-be to the UCLA Mdical Center earlier last week,” he adds.
“The couple looks relaxed, though Timberlake could NOT stop looking at a mysterious piece of paper he was holding,” Perez further says.
Insiders also confirm for him that, indeed, the couple are expecting.
“A buddy says JT has 'never been happier,' and 'He knew it was the right time to propose.' How could he be so sure it was the right time? Maybe it's because…. SHE'S GONNA HAVE HIS BAYBAY!!” Perez enthuses.
Of course, in claiming these things, he's completely ignoring the fact that Jessica doesn't look in the slightest pregnant.
Assuming Justin only proposed to her because he learned he was going to be a dad, she should be showing right now, at least a bit – because the proposal happened at least two months ago.
Gossip Cop has it from a reliable Timberlake source that the story is “not true” but it would seem that Perez's word still weighs pretty heavy in the balance.
