Now, the tab got to speak to James’ ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder, and learned that, while secretly hoping for a reconciliation, Jesse is also thinking of a backup plan in case it doesn’t come to happen.
According to Lindemulder, Jesse James may act like he’s filled with regret about how badly he hurt Sandra by cheating on her and then having all the sordid details of his affairs go to print, but, deep down inside, he’s not really that sorry. Moreover, he moved to Austin to be closer to Sandra because he believes a reconciliation is possible, but he’s also thinking about what to do should said reconciliation not happen – and this means already seeing other women, claims the tab.
“In an exclusive interview with In Touch, Jesse’s ex-wife Janine Lindemulder reveals that even though he’s supposedly moved to Sandra’s town of Austin, Texas, in the hopes of reconciling with Sandra, Jesse hasn’t changed his stripes at all. ‘He told me that if he doesn’t get back together with Sandra, he’s got a ‘backup plan’ with another girl in Austin,’ Janine claims to In Touch. While a friend of Jesse’s insists that he does want to reconcile with Sandra – and is seeing no other women as a result – Janine says that having a secret lover in Austin would be right in character for the serial cheater. ‘Every city he goes to – even if he didn’t have a girl that lived there, I believe he would fly a girl in,’ claims Janine. ‘I think Jesse gets off on that, the thrill of doing it right under her nose’,” the ex says.
“As reckless as it seems, this behavior is all too familiar for Jesse, 41, whose multiple extramarital relationships came to light in March after tattoo model Michelle ‘Bombshell’ McGee revealed to In Touch their secret 11-month affair. But still, Janine is shocked. ‘Imagine it,’ she marvels, considering the fact that Sandra has been raising their adopted son, Louis, in Austin. ‘Imagine him saying he is moving to Austin to be a dad to 5-month-old Louis and to be there for Sandra, uprooting Sunny – and it’s because he might be pursuing mistresses. He could be off his rocker’,” the tab further writes.
Of course, though these are some pretty serious allegations, one should also note that, right this very instant, James and Lindemulder are taking their feud to court over the custody of Sunny. While Janine is shooting her mouth off to the tabloids, Jesse James is showing a judge text messages in which his ex tried to convince a friend to get her doctor husband to provide her with Vicodin without prescription.
