Megan Fox is, by now, as famous as she is for her stunning looks as she’s for the absurd and nonsensical statements she occasionally makes. With all this, fans are willing to give her a proper chance at making a name for herself as a distinguished actress before judging her for her rash words, which is why hype for “Jennifer’s Body” is gaining momentum. From what Fox herself tells Us Weekly, they will not be disappointed.

The film, as fans must know, is a classic comedy-horror, where Fox plays a ridiculously good-looking cheerleader that devours men – literally. Her best friend, a girl who, as tradition would have it, is contrastingly plain in comparison to Fox’s character, finds out about her secret and will try to stop her from killing a boy she personally likes. From the trailers and posters released so far, it sure seems like the film will be a delight for fans of the genre.

Fox, on her part, can promise it will be so, since she gave it her best, and the movie came out to be insanely hot and inappropriate on many occasions. “It’s so unapologetic and completely inappropriate at all times. […] Beyond that, before every kill there is a seduction that occurs. The boys have to be seduced to get in close enough to the dead girl in order for her to devour them.” the actress explains for the mag as to the kind of tension fans are to expect in “Jennifer’s Body.”

Oddly enough, Megan uses this opportunity once more to take an indirect swing at “Transformers” and, implicitly, Director Michael Bay, saying that, unlike this one, “Jennifer’s Body” really did allow her to act. Therefore, she adds, if the movie does not impress, then fans will be able to say she was partially to blame as well, a thing that was not possible with neither the first, nor the second “Transformers” film. “There are no robots to distract you from whatever performance I do give. So if it’s terrible, you’re going to know that it’s terrible!” Fox says.

Despite all this, Fox is not a fan of horror movies, she reveals in the same interview. As a matter of fact, the actress admits to being quite scared of them – so scared that even the memory of one such film can cause her to instantly forget her age, one might joke. “I actually have a very intense fear of the dark. The last horror movie I saw – I think it was called ‘The Tooth Fairy’ – was in 2005, and I was 15 years old. After I saw it, I slept with my mother for two weeks afterwards!” Fox says. For those not in the know, Megan Fox is 23 years old.
