A judge sided with Jennifer Lopez issued a temporary injunction against former husband of less than a year Ojani Noa, who was planning the release of a tell-all movie in the guise of a parody. Although a confidentiality agreement is in place between the two for many years, Noa seemed to think he could bypass it to get his film to Lopez’s fans. He also believes the singer is literally ruining his life by preventing him to do so, he tells the New York Daily News.

Lopez and Noa were married for less than a year but lots of video evidence of their short-lived romance has stood the test of time, as they say. Aside from releasing the parody on his life as Jennifer Lopez’s husband, Noa was also planning to release said video evidence, although it was of a very personal nature. Still, it’s because the parody has been blocked that he’s mostly upset about.

“She is destroying my life. This is another proof of her power and money trying to stop me from moving on with my life. I’m not making any money from these videos. This is about having a closure. It’s my story. We were watching with writers and directors and producers because we were getting the script down. We were writing about the characters. They’re trying to twist it, that everything is my fault. She’s trying to step on my shoes and not let me move on with my life, and it’s not fair.” Noa told the NY Daily News outside court.

As fans must know, this is not the first time that Noa tries to bank on his brief romance with the singer. Back in 2007, he was shopping around town a manuscript on their love story and subsequent marriage, in which he was also claiming that, all the time it lasted, she cheated on him with current husband Marc Anthony. Back then too, Lopez managed to block the release with the help of a court order.

Still, Noa is now saying he plans on challenging in court all non-disclosure agreements he has with Lopez. “I don’t really believe in my [2005] agreement. My lawyer wasn’t a real lawyer, he went to jail. I was therefore coerced to settle.” he claims.
