“Hunger Games: Catching Fire” London premiere is scene to very emotional moment

All hell broke loose at the London premiere of “Hunger Games: Catching Fire,” the second installment in the franchise, but absolutely nothing compared to the emotional moment when Jennifer Lawrence left the red carpet to comfort a crying fan.

The two videos included in this blog post are of the same moment but shot from different angles. You can see the actress going beyond the security barrier after noticing a female fan in a wheelchair crying.

Jennifer talked to the fan, posed for pictures with her, and also signed an autograph which, I’m sure you’ll agree, are all things celebrities do on such occasions.

However, the way Jennifer touched the fan and made sure she didn’t want her coat back on after the photo, as well as the way in which she went beyond the barrier, makes me think she really put her heart in this nice gesture.

So, before you even think that this some shameless PR stunt, check out the videos – and keep in mind that this is probably just the kind of thing Jennifer would do.
