The February 2011 issue of Allure magazine brings an extensive interview with Jennifer Aniston, in which she opens up about her bartender skills, reality shows, her public image and, out of all people, George Clooney.

The interview also comes accompanied by a gorgeous photospread with Jennifer as the girl-woman-type in her pajamas and holding a teddy bear – an image inspired by a ‘60s photo of Brigitte Bardot.

Aniston is even rocking (clip-in) bangs to drive the message home.

Speaking of herself, the actress reveals that she never takes herself too seriously, which is why she’s able to laugh off all the rubbish that’s printed about her on a daily basis – 98% of which is not even true to begin with.

“I’m actually comfortable in goofdom. Not taking myself seriously is one of my favorite things to do, because I don’t. Ever,” Aniston says.

Also in Allure, Aniston fans learn that she can make a wicked Martini and Bloody Mary, even though she’s trying to play the modesty card saying the latter is the trashiest recipe possible.

“I can make two drinks really well: a dirty martini and a Bloody Mary. People are like, ‘You make the best Bloody Marys,’ and my secret ingredient is basically Mr and Mrs T Bloody Mary Mix. It’s not some fancy mix that they do with the horseradish and Worcestershire sauce. It’s the 7-Eleven of Bloody Marys. It’s the trashiest,” the star says.

On a more serious note, Aniston reveals she doesn’t understand what’s going on on hit reality series “The Bachelor” and, more specifically, how a bunch of women can think they’re in love with a man after only a few dates.

She also recalls with tenderness how the “ER” set used to be next to the one on which “Friends” was shot, and how young and adorable was George Clooney then.

As for which part of her toned body she’s most insecure about, Aniston reveals it’s not the abdomen but rather the backside that poses the biggest challenge in terms of keeping in top shape.

“My stomach is not my hardest [challenge] – my derriere is much more my challenge,” she says.
