14 DAY TRIAL // Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux have been dating for over a year but, according to a fresh report, their romance is about to come to an abrupt end because she's yearning for her ex, John Mayer, and she is thinking of getting back with him.
Though they dated several years ago and their romance didn't exactly end on the best note possible, Jennifer is still pining away for the singer, perhaps thinking that he is “the one” for her.
OK! Magazine claims in its latest print issue (story via CB) that things between herself and Justin Theroux have cooled off considerably in recent months, mostly because he's still talking with his ex.
Understandably, this bugs Jennifer and has made her put some distance between them.
“The pair split three years ago, but John let it be known his new single, 'Shadow Days' is about his love for Jen,” OK! writes.
The moment Jennifer listened to the track, she knew he was the man she wanted to be with, an unnamed source claims.
“He has never really gotten over her. When Jen heard he’d written a song about their breakup, she immediately downloaded it and listened – and the tears were rolling down her face,” says the spy.
“Jen has a lot of wonderful memories from her days with John, and they all came flooding back,” claims the insider.
She texted him to say that “the words in the song are so beautiful,” alleges the source, and he texted back.
“She is desperate to see John again. She realizes a piece of her heart still belongs to him. They’re sending each other a lot of flirty texts and it’s obvious John still has very deep feelings for her,” the spy continues.
Recent rumors also claim that Justin is thinking of dumping Jennifer to get back with his ex, Heidi Bivens, the girlfriend of 14 years he broke up with to be with the Hollywood star, as we also informed you earlier today.
