Jennifer Aniston has a killer figure and a reputation that she takes almost obsessive care of it, eating only healthy foods and keeping very active. However, even she has a cheat day every once in a while.

A cheat day is a day when you’re pretty much allowed to eat whatever you like and not work out if you don’t feel like it.

In Aniston’s case, even such a day has moderation stamped all over it, she tells People at the launch of “Yogalosophy: 28 Days to the Ultimate Mind-Body Makeover,” Mandy Ingber’s new book, at West Hollywood’s Soho House.

“Cheat days for me are usually... it's either Mexican food... maybe Italian pasta, but I think you always have to do it in moderation,” Aniston says.

She and Ingber have been best friends for over 20 years. The actress still remembers how they both looked when they met, and credits Mandy with helping her get her dream legs.

“We were a lot rounder,” Aniston laughs.

“We ate terribly. We did that, and then we sort of grew up a little bit more and we got jobs,” she adds.

They also started doing yoga together and, today, Jennifer can honestly boast of having the stems she once dreamed of.

“That was always my ‘ugh,’ my legs. That's why I credit her for [them] – with yoga,” she says.

In the video below, Aniston talks about why she likes Mandy’s class better than any other (hint: because it also includes cardio alongside meditation), and offers tips on how to embark on a healthier lifestyle with patience and acceptance.

The video also includes brief interviews with former co-star and good friend Courteney Cox and British actress Kate Beckinsale, who also use yoga to maintain their killer figures.
