If there is one thing that is getting on Jennifer's Aniston's nerves is not the fact that fiancé Justin Theroux is procrastinating their wedding ceremony, but the fact that in all the interviews she's done lately, all the journalists keep telling her she looks great for her age.

In a recent interview with WWD, Aniston addresses the issue and spills the beans on how she learned to cope with her advancing age bus she just can't stand when journalists keep bringing it up when talking about her looks.

“Your age always has to be mentioned and men don't really get that for some reason. It's not like you see Joe Schmo, 37,” Aniston complains, but admits that women today are in much better shape than one generation ago “Women and men today in their 40s are so much healthier than they were 30 years ago in their 40s. It was a different time.”

The “Friends” alum explains that “We know how to take care ourselves. We know what to put in our bodies to fuel us that's healthy and organic and not processed, and the importance of drinking water and cutting out sugars and bad fats.”

Aniston herself is a spokesperson for skincare company Aveeno and she says she follows several beauty tips that have allowed her to play seductive women on screen for 20 years. In November she's billed to reprise her role as the love-crazed dentist Julia Harris in the film “Horrible Bosses 2.”

It looks like the actress is getting a little testy in regards to her age, but she does make a point which has been stressed before by other aging actresses in Hollywood who blasted the popular media in Hollywood as being obsessed with eternal youth and shoving aside those faces that don't meet the requirements anymore.

Speaking about her upcoming role, Aniston gushes “It is one of my favorite jobs to date. It was just so fun and wicked and silly, and full of great people. Working with the boys is always a dream.” The movie will see her taking the stage once again with fellow actors Chris Pine, Jason Bateman, Kevin Spacey and Jason Sudeikis.

There is still no talk from Aniston about the wedding that everyone is waiting for since she's confirmed her engagement with fellow actor Justin Theroux. In fact, it was quite the opposite for a while as tabloids speculated on their crumbling relationship as they spent long periods of time apart.
