14 DAY TRIAL // Since word first got out that Jennifer Aniston had started dating her “Wanderlust” co-star Justin Theroux, there's been a lot of speculation about whether they planned on having a baby. They're not – at least, not right now.
Aniston has made her directorial debut with “Five,” a movie about the lives of breast cancer survivors, and is now traveling the country to promote it.
During one such promo event, Jennifer was asked to address ongoing rumors about her personal life, such as being pregnant with her first child and making wedding plans with Justin.
Neither is true, Aniston said in a very uncharacteristic move on her behalf.
“Rumor number one: I am not planning to get married any time soon,” Aniston said, as cited by People magazine.
So, all that talk about how the matching rings she and Justin are wearing constitute pre-engament bling is unfounded.
As far as marriage goes, Jennifer was burned once and she doesn't know yet if she wants to give it another try just now.
“I’ve been married once, and I don’t know if I’ll get married again.But I can tell you that as of this very moment, I have no plan to get married. Got that?” she said.
Aniston also addressed rumors of a pregnancy, saying she wasn't with child, but was only carrying some extra weight from quitting smoking.
“And rumor Number two: no, we’re not pregnant. It’s just I quit smoking, so I’ve gained a couple of pounds,” she said.
People stresses that this is not the first time that Jennifer opens up like this for the press on her plans for motherhood.
Just recently, she told Elle magazine that she wasn't “desperate” to get pregnant, adding, “If it’s meant to be, it’s meant to be. I’m at peace with whatever the plan is.”
