One of the most anticipated movies of 2013, “The Great Gatsby,” is officially getting a Jay-Z soundtrack. Vulture confirms that the rapper has signed on to score Baz Luhrmann’s most recent film.

“Good thing a lot rhymes with ‘old sport,’ because it has been confirmed that Jay-Z will be working with the Bullitts to score Baz Luhrmann's The Great Gatsby,” the publication says.

It also notes that the news will probably take no one by surprise, especially since the first two trailers for the film, which stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire and Carey Mulligan as leads, featured a sample of Jay’s “No Church in the Wild” from his and Kanye West’s “Watch the Throne” album.

“It's still unclear if this means the songs Prince and Gaga wrote for the film are out of the picture,” Vulture says.

“The Great Gatsby” will be out in theaters this May.
