14 DAY TRIAL // Jay Z and Beyonce remain the most successful couple in showbiz, taking in a combined $95 million (€70.1 million) between June 2012 and June 2013, Forbes magazine reports in its latest issue.
Beyonce made about $11 million (€8.12 million) more than her husband during this timeframe, mostly because of her Mrs. Carter Show world tour, which grosses an average of $2 million (€1.47 million) per night.
They don’t call her Queen Bey for nothing.
However, that’s not to say that Jay didn’t bring in good bucks: most of the money he made, he also made touring, with his Watch the Throne tour with fellow rapper Kanye West.
Jay also has made several, very inspired investments throughout the years, and they’re paying off now.
Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen ranked second, while Hollywood’s most popular and successful couple, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, came in third.
