Looking for a wireless fitness tracker to help you keep tabs on your health and have your eyes on the Jawbone one? Well, after being an exclusive to the US shoreline for a period of time, the wearable is finally being launched across 29 markets, including the more exotic China and Japan.

The UP24 now comes in three sizes (small, medium and large) and is available for purchase in two colors, Onyx and Persimmon. Interested customers can get it from the Jawbone website or other retailers including Apple, Amazon or John Lewis.

The tracker can connect to Android 4.3 and iOS devices via Bluetooth, unlike the original model that had to be plugged into the headphone jack of your smartphone or tablet.

In the vein of the Nike Fuelband SE and Fitbit Flex, the UP24 offers users goals in order to keep motivation levels up and follow and subsequently set daily milestones based on the wearer’s unique pre-recorded activity pattern.

The companion app for the UP24 can retain a variety of info, including water and food intake. This, in turn, will help Jawbone “understand” how much exercise you’ll be needing during a day.

And if you think you can fool good old Jawbone and get away with not exercising, the health tracker is capable of delivering gentle nudge notifications to remind you to stick to the original plan.

Pricing for the UP24 starts at £125 / $206 / €150 in the UK and at €149.95 / $207 In Europe (including Denmark, Netherlands, Norway, Italy and more).
