14 DAY TRIAL // Another woman comes forward to accuse aging actor and comedian Bill Cosby of rape. This time it's famed model and television personality Janice Dickinson. She went on a televised interview to reveal the night Bill Cosby took advantage of her and gave all the sordid details.
Speaking with Entertainment Tonight, Dickinson said that not only was she molested by Cosby, but she was also drugged. The event is supposed to have taken place back in 1982, so well over 30 years ago, but Janice has just decided to reveal it, after Cosby has recently been accused of rape by another woman.

The aging model, who has since launched a successful television career, claims that Cosby called her up personally and invited her to his Lake Tahoe home to discuss a role on his then famous The Cosby Show. He also apparently wanted to talk to her about her singing career, which he said he could kickstart.
Eager to seize the opportunity, Janice rushed to Lake Tahoe but claims that things soon took a turn for the worse when Cosby offered her a glass of wine and a pill. This pill supposedly knocked her out immediately, but not before she could see Cosby “dropping his robe and getting on top of me.”
“The next morning I woke up, and I wasn’t wearing my pajamas,” Janice says with a shaky voice but a convinced look on her face. “I remember a lot of pain... I remember waking up with my pajamas off and there was semen in between my legs,” she adds, trying to give the audience a glimpse of what happened to her.
The interviewer asks her why she has never mentioned this scarring incident or filed a police report, and she answers that she did try to include the passage in her 2002 memoir, but that in the end, Cosby and his lawyers pressured her to exclude it from the book.
Janice wants the truth to get out there after years of silence
The 59-year-old model goes on to say that “I’m doing this because it’s the right thing to do... and this is the true story. I was afraid of the consequences. I believe all the other women.”
She then addressed Cosby, whom she had never confronted and berated him, “How dare you take advantage of me... Go [expletive] yourself... And I hope you rot.”
Her story is being refuted by Cosby's lawyers, Marty Singer saying for the record that “[The] Janice Dickinson story is a complete lie.” He also denied that Bill's lawyers ever contacted Janice and attempted to prevent an incriminating story being published in her book.
Meanwhile, Cosby is still refusing to talk about his recurring molestation accusations which have resurfaced, stemming from the police complaint filed by Lachele Covington in 2000. The Manhattan DA's office concluded that no crime had been committed, a fact confirmed by Cosby's camp.
