Jake Gyllenhaal is now in Austin at the South by Southwest festival (SXSW) to present his latest film “Source Code” to audiences, but the premiere is overshadowed by an incident that occurred in one of the men’s restrooms.

Hollywood News reports that one fan wanted so badly to have a picture of the actor that he followed him into the restroom and took a photo of him while he was relieving himself, more or less.

Understandably, Jake was very upset and, as reports on Twitter would have it, he lashed out at the guy and slammed him against the wall, demanding what he was thinking when he did that.

“Twitter exploded with accounts of a scuffle between Gyllenhaal, who plays a soldier in Jones’ sci-fi thriller, and a guy who tried to take his photograph… er, mid-stream,” Hollywood News writes.

“Gyllenhaal apparently grabbed the dude mid-photo, threw him against the wall and was like, ‘are we really gonna do this right now?’” Cinematical’s Erik Davis, who is at SXSW tweeted, as per the aforementioned e-zine.

JoBlo claims he was in the restroom when the “scuffle” ensued – and adds that, “Cops came. Brouhaha ensued.”

Still, there are reports that say there was no fight to speak of, let alone that cops were involved. The incident in the restroom did happen, though, TMZ says.

When he noticed that he was being photographed at such an inappropriate time, Jake told the guy off and asked him to delete the picture – but he didn’t slam him into the wall, as reports online would have it.

“We’re told Jake was in the restroom, doing his thing, when a guy snapped off a pic. Not cool! Although there are rumors a fight went down, we’re told Jake simply talked to the guy – who understood his mistake – and eventually the pic was deleted,” TMZ reports.
