14 DAY TRIAL // Jake Gyllenhaal is notoriously tight-lipped about his love life, which could probably explain why he’s constantly plagued by gay rumors. However, a new report suggests that he may have found someone special at last.
Well, it’s too early to tell, but reports indicate that he’s completely smitten with Emily DiDonato, a gorgeous model who has attained fame more recently as one of the girls in the 2013 Swimsuit Issue of Sports Illustrated.
A photo of Emily is also attached to this article, just in case the name doesn’t ring a bell.
Apparently, she and Jake go to the same gym in New York, Us Magazine writes.
“Did Jake Gyllenhaal meet his soulmate at SoulCyle? The End of Watch actor has been dating NYC-based model Emily DiDonato,” the celebrity publication writes.
“A source tells Us that Gyllenhaal, 32, met the 22-year-old stunner in a spin class at a SoulCycle in Manhattan last fall. The actor and DiDonato (who was featured in Sports Illustrated's 2013 swimsuit issue) have dated for ‘a month or two,’ adds the insider,” Us further says.
This being a new romance, it’s too soon to tell whether Emily will be “the one” for Jake, but all signs are certainly pointing in that direction.
It was about time, Us Magazine seems to imply.
“Gyllenhaal had a brief romance with Minka Kelly last summer. But his last serious relationship was with country singer Taylor Swift, 23, from October 2010 until January 2011,” the tab writes.
That’s quite a break for one of Hollywood’s hottest bachelors. Obviously, Us doesn’t even take into account the possibility of Jake dating and the media not knowing about it.
Speaking of the media knowing things about the actor, before Swift, Jake was linked to Reese Witherspoon and Kristen Dunst, but he always made a point of flying under the radar where his love life was concerned.
