Jenni Farley, or simply JWoww from “Jersey Shore,” is becoming quite a fan of tattoos. While shooting for the new season of the show in Italy, the star unveiled a brand new tattoo: a religious piece on her shoulder.

TooFab has the photos of the tattoo in question, together with a very interesting report about how she may have gotten it in the memory of her grandmother, who died earlier this year.

The tattoo represents two hands joined in prayer, holding a cross. A ribbon is also held by them, and it reads “RIP” and “OMA,” which is short for “Großmama” or “Großmutter” (grandmother, granny), says the dictionary.

“Online reports say Jwoww’s new tattoo is a tribute to her late grandmother, who passed earlier this year,” Too Fab writes, making a reference to a post she wrote on her Facebook page precisely on the topic.

“Make sure you spend time with the ones you love... whether its family or friends... because one day you will no longer have them in your life,” JWoww wrote, shortly after her grandmother’s death.

“Memories make us who we are. Tell them you love them every chance you get. RIP Grandma!” she added.

This is JWoww’s third tattoo: she also has a huge dragon on the side of her body and another piece on her ankle, of a flower with wings and the writing “OPA” on it, supposedly for her grandfather, says the aforementioned e-zine.

JWoww is not the only celebrity to use her own body as canvas for religious beliefs in recent weeks: Justin Bieber also displayed new ink on a recent vacation in Hawaii with girlfriend Selena Gomez, as we also reported at the time.

His tattoo is smaller and definitely harder to decipher, as it reads “Jesus” in Hebrew.

After photos of this piece, Justin’s second at the time, came out, he was also photographed with what looked like a third tattoo, a star on his elbow.
