The JVC NXPN7 Dual iPod Clock Radio can hold, charge and play from two iPods, or an iPhone and an iPod at the same time. Eliminating the need to have two iPod docks hanging around, you can play music from either device, or set the "double-docker" to play a song from either iPod to wake you up (AM/FM Tuner also included).

Some may still be wondering why an iPod dock is really necessary, let alone a double iPod dock. Well, just as JR notes, there may be more than one iPod / iPhone user living with you. The company suggests its Dual iPod Dock makes it easier to charge and play music from either device, also helping to not misplace them. Plus, "two iPod docks kicking around cluttering things" can really become a drag.

According to the specs, the JVC NX-PN7 Dual Dock iPod Clock Radio accommodates two iPod players side-by side (pictured above) with its "Integrated dual-dock technology." This enables users to charge both devices simultaneously but also to playback music from each, through the dock's speaker system. In addition to the clock and timer, there's also an Analog Audio Input to connect other devices for playback.

Just beneath the dock connectors, the NX-PN7 sports two illuminated strips that can display one of nine colors at a time. The double iPod dock ships with an included remote control too! It sports "dedicated iPod control keys" that simulate the iPod's control wheel.

Some of the Dual Dock's key features include: 15-Watts total Stereo power Output (7.5 watts per channel); two full-range 2-13/16" speakers that deliver high quality Sound with virtual Surround mode; Dual iPod Dock with Video Output; AM/FM tuner with up to 30-FM/15-AM Programmable station memories; Analog audio input; Remote Control; iPhone support.

The JVC NX-PN7 Dual Dock iPod Clock Radio costs $149.99 to buy.
