Because of “Twilight,” few movie studios would pass on the opportunity of getting Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart together on the same project, playing lovers. However, Disney and J.J. Abrams are making sure they won’t even be getting a script for the upcoming “Star Wars Episode VII.”

Casting is now underway for the new installment in the franchise, and one insider says that Pattinson and Stewart have been specifically left out of the list with potential leads.

Admittedly, their fanbase is too “crazy” and getting them on the project would mean unnecessary complications in the production.

“There is no chance that Kristen Stewart or Rob Pattinson will be offered a role for any of the films, they won’t even be sent the script,” says a spy, as cited by Metro.

This, despite the fact that the two would have been perfect for the roles, the insider insists.

The female lead is “late-teen, independent, good sense of humor, fit,” while the male is “late twentysomething, fit, handsome and confident,” the report argues.

Even so, both Pattinson and Stewart are still hoping for a call, another source says.
