One theater in Nagoya, Japan, will offer moviegoers the experience of a lifetime by screening “Iron Man 3” with an added fourth dimension, The Hollywood Reporter confirms. Marvel’s upcoming installment on the famous superhero is the first film to screen in 4DX in the country.

The added fourth dimension will make movie watching an even more immersive experience that with just 3D.

“‘Fourth dimension’ effects utilized by the system include strobe lights and equipment in the ceiling that can drop bubbles down upon the audience,” THR writes.

Considering what we’ve already seen in the trailers as to how action-packed the film will be, fans should probably expect a very thrilling ride.

Screenings start as of April 26 and, of course, will cost more than 3D or 2D showings.

4DX theaters exist in other countries as well, THR says, with plans now in place to bring them to the US as well. Sometime soon, about 200 such theaters will open across the US.
